In simplistic terms: Each technology is effective in its own right, but the synergistic effect of the dual process of "Lean Six Sigma" delivers much more effective results. |

Our courses are designed to achieve the following competencies:
"White" Belt:
An introductory programme of training designed to provide an overview of "Lean" and "Six Sigma". It is useful for persons wishing to gain an understanding of Lean Six Sigma.
"Yellow" Belt
Competent Yellow Belts should be able to assist "Green" Belts in collecting and providing measurements and in the implementation of improvements in their area of influence.
"Green" Belt
Competent Green Belts devise projects and conduct them. They are assisted by "Black" Belts and "Yellow" Belts.
"Black" Belts
Competent "Black" Belts manage a number of "Green" Belt projects. They provide training in Lean Six Sigma, assistance, mentoring as well as significant statistical assistance. "Black" Belts tend to operate in a Division of an organisation.
"Master Black" Belts
Master Black Belts operate across organisational functional groups. They are involved in strategic
deployment of Lean Six Sigma programmes, training, and preparation of contextual-based training materials, In providing technical advice and review of project work particularly where the use of advanced tools is involved. They act as leaders and ambassadors within their organisation, coaching several Black Belts in
a coordinated body of work.

Yellow Belt

Included in the fee is face-to-face tuition and a copy of the book "What is Lean Six SIgma?" for all belts, plus Certificate of Completion for all Belts, plus Certificate of Competence for Yellow, Green and Black Belts.

Conditions
Payment for Education & Training Programmes
A Tax Invoice will be provided, as soon as practicable following receipt of the registration.
Payment is required prior to the commencement of the programme.
Delinquent accounts will incur cost of recovery charges.
Education & Training-General
The Australian Organisation for Quality-Queensland Inc (AOQ-QLD®) offers an extensive range of Quality Management and Business Improvement programmes and courses which cover the wider spectrum of quality practices and techniques.
These are conducted at facilities in the CBD Brisbane or in regional locations in Queensland, as well as in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
Education programmes, eg, Certified Quality Technician, are long duration programmes, while training courses are short, focused presentations and workshops.
In-House Training
All training courses can be customised to suit individual organisational requirements and presented at their premises.
In line with our member's needs, your Board is proud of its close affiliation with leading quality practitioners. These professionals form the nucleus of our lecture and advisory teams and enable us to provide you with practical solutions to your quality problems.
Discount Policy
When three (3) or more enrolments from the same member organisation for the same programme are received at the same time, a reduction of 10% on the advertised fees is applicable.
Policy for Client Cancellations
Training course cancellations in writing, are accepted with full refund up to three weeks before the course.
For cancellations after this, AOQ-QLD® reserves the right to expect full payment of the course fee. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
The withdrawal is to be confirmed in writing before the refund will be paid.
Education programme cancellations require a minimum of four (4) weeks written notice prior to course commencement to receive a full refund of fees.
Cancellations with less than the four (4) weeks notice receive a refund of fees less a $500 administrative charge.
Withdrawal from an education program once it has commenced will attract a charge which equates to the pro-rata fees for the remainder of the module in progress at the time of withdrawal, or $750, whichever is the greater.
The withdrawal is to be confirmed in writing before the refund will be paid.
AOQ-QLD® Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The Australian Organisation for Quality Queensland Incorporated reserves the right to change the commencement date or to cancel a training or education program for any reason.
Clients will be given a minimum of two (2) clear days notice for training programmes and two (2) clear weeks notice for education programs.
A full refund of fees will be made; however, clients may elect to transfer their registration without additional cost where a training course or education program is rescheduled and the new dates are convenient to the client
