Dr. Deborah Hann Deborah is an experienced work-based professional learning and enterprise capability consultant who enjoys working with organisations and individuals in exploring how to improve their people and business process performance. She has adult education, management and legal qualifications. She has recently led the design of a region wide capability uplift program in business performance and improvement. This incorporated management and lean six sigma competencies . Her other work includes: Creating a business improvement capability program to improve the efficiency and quality work of operations managers and process professionals Coaching and mentoring other learning specialists to achieve optimum organisational learning performance Program Management and consulting work in delivering work-based frontline management programs. Provision and expansion of a Continuing Professional Development program for the Victorian legal profession Deborah works directly on the design, delivery and management of Alpha to Omega Academy 's Aged Care courses and in developing new industry offerings in clinical care and business management training. Dave Kelly Working in the quality industry since 2000 in association with Quality Associates International Inc. Dave heads the South East Asia office based in Melbourne Australia . He has provided training, consultation, curriculum development and solutions development since 1996 through his own company and now exclusively through QAI Inc and QAISEA Pty Ltd. He provides expertise and direction in Training Delivery and Development, Curriculum Development, Workplace Learning, Electronic Process Management, Software and Systems Development and Integration for companies such as Ford Motor Company, National Australia Bank, Angus and Robertson, ANCA, Bosch amongst others. Dave regularly provides consulting in industries such as Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Banking, Service, Aged Care and Education. His formal education is in Mathematics obtaining a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics in 1988 and has over 15 years experience in training, consulting and development . As head of Quality Associates International South East Asia Pty Ltd Dave is a member of the AOQ-QLD and the AITD and works closely in developing tools and training, including co-authoring the Plug & Play Curriculum, developing a Financial FMEA course, BOS (Business Operating System) templates and training with QAI USA and expanding the QAI quality tools and products throughout his region. Dave teaches the following workshops for QAI and QAISEA: FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC (Intro) and organizes six sigma programs for business from individual correspondence programs, small business programs to large enterprise programs. Psychologist Narelle has a passion for helping people to be the best they can, whether that is in their personal or their work life. As a small business owner, Narelle really does understand the pressures that are faced by business owners, and the stress of juggling home and family, with a social life, downtime for yourself, and the demands of your business. In the past 10 years, she has presented to and trained, motivated, helped and healed the hearts and minds of business-owners and quality professionals from many different business sectors, in Iran, Nepal, India and of course Australia. Narelle speaks and presents on a wide range of human resource topics, from sales and marketing, NLP and rapport skills in communication, to time management Narelle has been a consistent contributor to the AOQ's Business Improvement Journal, and the Journal for the Progressing Business Institute. She is currently a Council member and attended the World Alliance for Quality in Houston on behalf of AOQ-QLD™. and spoke in New Zealand at the NZOQ annual conference in 2008.
