Call for Papers/Presentations
LeanSixSigma2010 is a 2 day event, bringing together leading academics and practitioners of Lean Six Sigma and business process improvement methodologies. During this event, you will see how academic research is driving innovation and shaping thinking of Lean Six Sigma deployments for the near future. You also hear from a number of practitioners & service providers who have successfully integrated and deployed practical strategies for business process improvements.
Deployment
Day 1 (27 April 2010) will focus on Lean Six Sigma deployment challenges.
- How small & medium size organisations can overcome these challenges
- How organisational transformation necessitates a focus on both project delivery and change management
- Critical success factors for successful deployments
- Case study(ies) of challenges and either how they were overcome or how they derailed a project.
Project Delivery
Day 2 (28 April 2010) will focus on innovative strategies for Process Improvement projects
- How DMAIC & Lean Six Sigma tools are used in different industries
- How leading practitioners have used tools in unique ways to solve problems
- Case study(ies) of challenges with the use of various tools.
