Bobby Aitken, MBB, Western Power

Bobby is currently employed as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for Western Power, responsible for supporting a team of 7 Black Belts across 2 programs of work. His continuous improvement experience has been developed over 5 years of dedicated activity in the field across South East Asia for a large multi-national organisation. Having started out as a Six Sigma Green Belt he progressed to a national role as a Six Sigma Black Belt. |
Sia Evans, National Business Risk Manager, Computershare Communication services

Sia Evans is a qualified Masters in Engineering - Quality Management, Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Education. Sia Evans started working within "quality" in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries in 1990, moving in 2005 into the communications division of Computershare branching out into Risk Management, driving the national Lean Six Sigma and a member of the OHSE committee, has integrated OHSE into all of Computershare's management systems. Sia also manages Business Continuity activities for Computershare's eight business units in Asia Pacific. Ross Farrelly, Commercial Sales Representative, Minitab

Ross Farrelly has held the position of commercial sales representative at Minitab since January 2008. Previous to that he worked as a SAS analyst in numerous industries. He also has 17 years experience in education and training at educational institutions in Australia and the UK. He is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt, has a BSc (Hons) in pure mathematics from Auckland University, and a Masters of Applied Statistics from Macquarie University. |

Roger is currently heading Lean Sigma Institute which specialises in the strategic deployment of Lean Six Sigma and in the training and assessment of Black and Green Belts. Lean Sigma Institute also has an agreement with AOQ-QLD to provide National Training at Certificate IV and III levels in Competitive Manufacturing and Front Line Management through a Registered Training Organization ACPE. Roger has degrees in Operations Research, Business Administration and Applied Statistics and has published papers in peer reviewed academic journals in TQM and Business Excellence. His passion is about getting sustainable deployment of continuous improvement by skilling all at various knowledge levels in lean and six sigma. |
Janeece Keller, Director or Operational Excellence and Contact Centres at Luxottica.

Janeece is passionate about combining an individual's potential with the delivery of exceptional customer experiences to deliver great business results. Coming from a marketing background Janeece has spent the past 8 years working in business improvement. Janeece has worked throughout Europe, the UK and Australia/NZ and her practical approach to process improvement has been adopted in the deployment of lean six sigma programs at Tyco, British Gas and UBS. Currently Janeece the Director or Operational Excellence and Contact Centres at Luxottica. Janeece's approach to change management has seen her coach and train people from admin staff to C-level executives on process improvement tools and techniques to deliver projects that have returned in excess of US$100m. Dave heads the South East Asia office of Quality Associates International Inc. based in Melbourne , Australia and has worked in the quality and lean six sigma areas for over ten years. A formal background in education and mathematics he has developed and delivered programs across many industries including retail, automotive, finance, service and health. Peter McDonald, Strategic Planning Manager for Sydney Water

Peter is the Strategic Planning Manager for Sydney Water (since October 2009). Immediately prior to this he was the Head of Quality for NAB in a broader Business Efficiency and Quality Program that was deployed across over 20,000 people in Australia. In this role he implemented a "lean six sigma program", developed a method of understanding business maturity and implemented a course that has led to accreditation as a Diploma in Management (Specialising in Operations Management). He was also Group Manager Process Improvement at WMC Resources where he implemented management systems and operational excellence methods including six sigma across all parts of the business resulting in over $50m in benefits. |

Mario Pennisi is the CEO, Australian Organisation for Quality Queensland Inc (AOQ-QLD). He is a former President of the Australian Organisation for Quality Inc (the National AOQ Body) and former Chairman of AOQ Inc. He is a MJ Ahern Medallist, Fellow of AOQ (FAOQ), a Fellow of the Institute of Metal Finishing (FIMF), a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (SMASQ) and an Honorary Life Member of the Australasian Institute of Metal Finishing (now the Australian Institute of Finishing). Mario Chairs the Gold Awards committee for AOQ-QLD. He also edits and publishes Progressing Business eZine for AOQ and Coatings and Fabrication, a trade magazine for the coatings and fabrication industries. Mario has trained and consulted in quality systems for many years, particularly in the Coatings industry. He chaired 7 Standards Australia Committees and sat on a further 7 committees as well as being a member of the Management and Business Standards Sector Board of Standards Australia. George Potamianakis is a Director of Process2Customer (P2C) and is currently working with a number of financial organisations and government clients assisting with the development and implementation of their business improvement programs and project delivery. George has a passion for helping people and organisations in developing change leadership skills at all levels, facilitating unique learning experiences with hands-on project and business coaching as a means of continually updating knowledge and experience. George has an exceptional track record in creating high performance business improvement teams and engaging with business improvement leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders and is widely regarded as one of the leading practitioners of Lean Six Sigma process improvement methods in Australia . His program design, deployment, change management, team building, leadership and organisational development experience spans many successful corporate-wide programs and his corporate roles include Asia Pacific Manager for IT Quality & Six Sigma Plus in Honeywell, Master Black Belt in Telstra and Executive Manager in the Commonwealth Bank. George was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Commonwealth Bank's Lean Six Sigma Program. As former State Manager of the world-renowned Dale Carnegie Training Organisation and a founder member of the National Speakers Association, David has played a prominent role in the training and development industry in Australia since 1983 ... this continues today through his company Break Through Training. David's business experience spans a number of years with a Sydney based shipping organisation, firstly as accountant and then for twelve years as CEO. Moving to Melbourne in 1983 he took up the position of State Manager with Dale Carnegie and built an award winning sales and facilitator team. During this period David became one of the few trainers in the world to be accredited to present the entire range of Dale Carnegie Programs.
